u r existing.why?god loves them before u.buddahism's only teaching how human can be more like god.
to live with buddahs even be close to gods.u must stop paying tithe to anyone.stop waste and
 pay money for any religion.before when u did all of these or part of these including paying
for conversation with god's author etc. u did mistakes like u support political parties &
governments.sure u r asked to pay taxes.besides those,paying ur friends make/made others turn to be
ur against to other gods' sides.love & peace include all goods no bads like u separate god form
another,u choose love your party and hate god's the other and another and others.
Cause and effect karma made u and ur visible everything and visionary visualization stuff:
future and guardian ancestors etc.u waste all things like u got a fresh body from god but u
torture ur body to prepare future Cause and effect karma.like u indulge selfish love u can't help.

台北地檢署偵辦藝人Makiyo與友人友寄隆輝涉毆傷運將案，今天偵結。檢方認定全案糾紛均因Makiyo酒後與司機發生爭執鬧事而起
，除友寄痛毆司機，Makiyo也數次踹踢司機胸腹部，因此兩人均求以重刑。

檢方表示，Makiyo、友寄、湘瑩及丫子於今年2月2日晚間在台北巿的「吉兆」日本料理店吃飯喝酒後，一行人在晚間11時許，在台北巿忠孝東路四段搭上司機林余駿的計程車要前往寒舍艾美酒店。

Makiyo上車後，即因後座繫安全帶的問題與司機發生口角，又在車輛行進間一再要求司機加快車速，司機則以「安全第一」為由拒絕飆車，引發Makiyo不滿。

Makiyo因心生不滿，要求司機停靠台北巿忠孝東路與逸仙路口，要換搭其他計程車，下車時坐在副駕駛座的湘瑩原欲按錶付錢，但Makiyo以「妳幹嘛付錢」並用手阻止湘瑩付錢，當時，司機因誤認Makiyo要動手打人，揮手阻擋，而不慎觸及Makiyo的右肩，導致衝突。

Makiyo下車後立刻用腳踹車，司機即表示停止踹車，否則要報警，並下車撥打110電話報警，友寄看到Makiyo遭司機碰觸又打電話，即心生不悅，痛毆司機並腳踹司機頭部及背部。

Makiyo則在旁以「過來啊！過來啊！」要求湘瑩及丫子上前毆打司機，並咆哮「揍他」。她在司機倒地後，自行以腳踹踢司機左腹部數次，導致被害人多重傷害，當場昏迷。

對司機行凶後，Makiyo等4人旋即搭另輛計程車離去，所幸遭當時在後方停紅燈的楊姓司機發現，報警將被害司機送醫急救。全案經林姓司機、林妻向台北市信義分局報案，以及北檢檢察官自動檢舉偵辦。

台北地檢署今天偵查終結，檢察官審酌Makiyo數次踹踢司機胸腹部，犯後仍稱因酒醉，不記得當時情形，與證人證詞不符，一再飾詞狡辯，犯後態度惡劣，且全案糾紛均因Makiyo酒後與司機發生爭執鬧事而起，造成被害人損害甚鉅，依重傷害未遂罪嫌將她起訴，求刑4年。

昨晚（10日）Makiyo日籍友人友寄隆輝出席TVBS《2100全民開講》時，「襲胸之說」再度浮上檯面，林姓司機（林余駿）的委任律師周武榮怒打電話到現場對質，更轉達林余駿所說的內容：「我這麼大的年紀了，我會摸她（Makiyo）奶嗎？」

由於整起事件最讓人氣結的，就是友寄隆輝說他看到司機做出「揮胸」的動作，卻沒看到Makiyo在後座踢打司機，這說法根本不合邏輯！

周武榮氣憤的表示，本來不想在媒體上發表任何訊息，但由於林余駿與他的太太很氣憤的打給他抗議，所以才會代其發言，周武榮以台語轉達林余駿所說的內容，直說「我這麼大的年紀了，我會摸她奶嗎？」。

他更表示，如果友寄隆輝還是以「不願說明真相的態度」來面對這起事件，他們將改以「殺人未遂」來處理此案。

不過友寄隆輝也駁斥，直說自己在節目中，「從未提到有『襲胸』的事情」，只說過司機「手揮到」Makiyo而已。周武榮聞訊後表示，「那可以接受此說法。」。網友對於昨天晚上2100全民開講邀請友寄上節目的作法相當不滿，直批主持人李濤「以為自己是法官啊！」，更直批是「社會的亂源」。
